Strawberry, sweet cherry, sour cherry and blackberry jelly recipe ingredients:
- 500 grams sugar
- 250 grams strawberries
- 250 grams blackberries
- 250 grams sweet cherries
- 250 grams sour cherries
- 1 pouch (3 ounces) liquid fruit pectin
Mixed fruit jelly recipe instruction:
Strain the fruits through a fine sieve, pour sugar on it and cook it in the medium size saucepan to become thick (at least 30 minutes to boil). Stir it frequently. On the end, add liquid fruit pectin in the saucepan, stir the jelly and remove it from the heat.
Sterilize jelly jars in the oven on 120°C for about 30 minutes.
Pour your mixed fruit jelly in the sterilized jars, seal them and return jars in the warm oven on 80°C for 10 minutes more. Turn off the oven and leave jars in it to cool together with the oven over night.

Homemade mixed fruit jam recipe instruction:
Mix washed and cleaned strawberries with red currants, and pour sugar over them in deep saucepan. Let it in refrigerator over night.
Next morning put your saucepan on the heat to boil. Cook the fruits for about 40 minutes (stir it often).
To be sure that your mixed fruit jam is done, take some jam with the spoon and let few drops to fall in the plate. When drops are cooled, they must be thick (not in a liquid state).
Pour your fruit jam in warm sterilized jam jars and put them (without lids) in the oven to warm up on 100°C for about 10 minutes.

Raspberry syrup recipe ingredients:
- 1 kilogram raspberries
- 1 1/2 kilograms sugar
- 1 squeezed lemon

Pour washed raspberries in the large saucepan and cover them with lemon juice and sugar.
Let it stand for few hours to let off their juice (stir them few times in a mean while).
Boil water and cool it. Pour cooled water over raspberries and let it stand like that for the next 24 hours.

Homemade fruit compote recipe:
Pour sugar in water to boil. Cool it.
Wash peaches, peel them off and remove peach pits from them. Cut peaches in a half and arrange them in the jars.
Pour cold sugar syrup over fruits in the jars and seal them.

Homemade Lemon Jelly Recipe

Homemade lemon jelly recipe ingredients:
- 6 lemons
- 1 liters water
- 1 kilograms sugar
- 1 deciliter lemon liqueur
- 1 pouch (3 ounces) liquid fruit pectin
Making jelly instruction:
Wash lemons and slice it into thin strips (together with a rind) in large saucepan. Pour cold water over lemons and let them in the water for 6 hours.
Put lemons with water to boil, cover it and remove it from heat for 10 minutes. After that, return mixture to the heat for 10 minutes more, remove from heat and immediately add liqueur and pectin in it (stir it good).

Easy orange marmalade recipe ingredients:
- 700 grams oranges
- 2 lemons
- 500 grams sugar
- 8 cups water

How to make orange marmalade:
Wash oranges and lemons, peel them and cut them (fruits and fruit skin) into fine pieces.
Put fruits in the pot, pour water over oranges and lemons and let them stand for 24 hours.
Cook them for 30 minutes and let them stand for 24 hours more.
Add sugar in oranges and cook them again for 1 hour.
Warm up the jars in the oven in 100°C for 10-15 minutes to sterilize.
Pour hot marmalade in warm marmalade jars and close them hermetically. Cover the jars with blanket and let them stand till next day. Keep jars in cold and dark place. This orange marmalade will thicken after few hours.

Sour cherry preserves recipe ingredients:
- 1 kilogram cherries
- 1 kilogram sugar

Cherry preserves cooking instruction:
Wash the fruits and remove the pits from the cherries. Put alternately cherries and sugar in the pot, in several layers and water on the end.
Put the pot on the low heat, till sugar melts and then continue to cook cherry preserves in moderate temperature, till it become thick (when preserves fall in thick drops from the spoon).
Remove the pot from the heat, cover it and let it stand about 10 minutes (cherries to release some juice).
Return the pot on the heat, cook it for 15 minutes more and remove it from heat.
When it is done, remove foam, which gathered on the surface of the preserves, with the spoon. Cover the pot with a clean gauze and let it over night.
Pour your fruit preserves in clean jars.

Put plums in boiling water for 2 minutes, take them out and then pour cold water over them, so you can peel them easier.
Peeled plums divide into halves, take plum pit out and put them in the enamel pot. Pour lemon juice and then sugar over plums and let them in a cold place over night.

- 1 kilogram (2.2 pounds) strawberries
- 600 grams (1.32 pounds) sugar
Wash strawberries and arrange alternately, in your cooking dish, layer of strawberries and layer of sugar few times, till you put all jam ingredients in.
