Gourmet Fruit Liqueur – Homemade Lemon Liqueur Recipe

Homemade lemon liqueur recipe ingredients:
- 7 organic lemons
- 0,75 l vodka
- 200 grams sugar
- 400 ml water
Gourmet fruit liqueur recipe instruction:
Wash the lemons under hot water, place them in some dish, cover them with hot water and let them stay like this for an hour.
Peel lemons skin, but just yellow part, cause white part could make your fruit liqueur to have bitter taste.
Place peeled lemon skin in warm big glass jar and pour vodka over them.
Melt sugar in 400 ml of hot water and pour sugar syrup over the lemon skin and vodka mixture.
Cool it. Seal the jar and store it in the cool place for 5 weeks. Shake up the jar every week, so liqueur could mix well.
Strain lemon liqueur through a fine strainer, pour it in 2 clean liqueur bottles and your gourmet liqueur is ready to be served.
Mixed Jelly Recipe – Raspberry Currant Jelly

Raspberry currant jelly recipe ingredients:
- 700 grams red currants
- 300 grams raspberries
- 1 pouch liquid fruit pectin
- 500 grams sugar
Mixed jelly recipe instruction:
Clean fruits from the stalks, wash them good and place them in the saucepan.
Pour the sugar over fruits in the saucepan and cook the jelly in low heat to boil for about 25 minutes, or till you get desired density (stirring it all the time).
Stir the pectin in the raspberry currant mixture and remove it from heat.
Pour hot fruit jelly in the sterilized and warm jelly jars, cool them and seal them in the end.
Store the currant raspberry jelly in cool and dark place.
