Pear Preserves Recipe – Easy Pear Jam Recipe

Easy pear jam recipe ingredients:

  • 1 kg pears
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 300 grams sugar
  • 1 box pectin powder

Pear preserves recipe instruction:

Wash and clean pears. Cut pears in pieces, add 3 tablespoons of sugar in it and cook it in low heat.

Wash lemon, shred lemon peel and cut lemon in slices.

When boiling pears soften, add lemon slices and lemon zest in it and cook it 5 minutes more.

Press fruits with a potato masher or process it in blender.

Homemade Preserve Recipe – Zucchini Preserve Recipe With Pineapple Juice

Zucchini preserve recipe with pineapple juice ingredients:

  • 1,5 kilograms zucchinis
  • 2 liters water
  • 2 lemons
  • 500 grams sugar
  • 500 ml pineapple juice

Wash and clean zucchinis and cut it in dice shape.

Squeeze off lemons, mix lemon juice with water and pour that over diced zucchinis. Leave them like this for 24 hours in refrigerator.

Cook 100 grams of sugar in 1 liter of water and add strained zucchinis in it. Cook it all together for about 15 minutes.

Strain zucchinis again and place them in jars.

  • 600 grams lemon
  • 1,5 liters water
  • 1,5 kilograms sugar
  • 2 teaspoons shredded ginger

Wash the lemons and cut them together with the skin into small pieces (remove the lemon pits).

Pour water over lemon pieces and leave them like this over night.

Next day, cook them to boil in low heat for about 1 hour.

Pour sugar into lemons and stir it all the way, so sugar melts. Let it boil for 15 minutes more to thicken and then stir ginger in it.
