			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Strawberry freezer jam recipe ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4 cups crushed fresh strawberries</li>
<li>8 cups sugar</li>
<li>2 packages dry pectin</li>
<li>1 1/2 cup water</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Making freezer jam instruction: </strong></p>
<p>Mix crushed strawberries with sugar, and let them stand for 30 minutes.</p>
<p>Stir the pectin into the water to boil in low heat for 1 minute. Pour the boiling  water with pectin into the strawberries and stir it good. Set aside your homemade jam for 5 minutes to thicken, stirring it occasionally.</p>
<p>Pour your fruit jam into storage containers, cover them with tight lids and  let them stand at room temperature for 24 hours (you&#8217;ll get about 10 cups of jam).</p>
<p>Store the jam in refrigerator for up to 3  weeks or in freezer for up to 1 year.</p>
<p>Remove jam from freezer 1 hour before you want to use it.</p>
