Orange Pumpkin Marmalade Recipe

Orange pumpkin marmalade recipe ingredients:

  • 1 1/5 kilogram pumpkin
  • 400 grams sugar
  • 6 tablespoon dark honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 oranges
  • pinch salt

Homemade pumpkin orange marmalade recipe instruction:
Clean pumpkin, cut it in a cube shape pieces and cook it in a little water with pinch of salt to soften.

Strain cooked pumpkin and mash it with a blender. Pour it in a saucepan.

Pour sugar, honey and cinnamon in the mashed pumpkin and let it stand like that for 24 hours.

Next day add peeled and chopped oranges in the saucepan with pumpkin mixture and cook it to attain desired density.

Pour hot orange marmalade in warm sterilized jars and seal them. Cover jars to cool gradually till next day.

Easy Citrus Jam – Mixed Orange and Grapefruit Jam Recipe

Easy citrus jam recipe ingredients:

  • 2 red grapefruits
  • 3 red oranges
  • 650 ml grapefruit juice
  • 1 kilogram sugar

Mixed orange and grapefruit jam recipe instruction:

Peel the grapefruits and oranges, squeeze juice from them gently and chop them in small pieces.

Cook grapefruit juice (with previously squeezed juice) and sugar to boil, stir it all the way and add pieces of fruits in it. Cook it for about 25 minutes.

Pour grapefruit orange jam in prepared warm jars and seal them.

Sugar Free Diabetic Jam Recipe – Mixed Plum Quince Apricot Jam Recipe

Mixed plum quince apricot jam recipe ingredients:

  • 1 kilogram quinces
  • 2 kilograms plums
  • 2 kilograms apricots
  • 500 grams fructose

Sugar free diabetic jam recipe instruction:

Peel off the quinces, chop them up in jam pot and cook them in low temperature.

Wash the plums, remove plum pits from them, mash them and add them to quinces to cook together.

In the end, wash and chop up apricots and add them into quince plum mixture to cook.

Sweeten the mixed fruit jam with fructose stirring it all the way till mixture become compact and thick (it should lose about 30% of earlier weight).

Pour hot jam in sterilized and warm jam jars and seal them. You’ll get about 4 kilograms plum apricot quince jam.

Jam Preserves Recipe – Dried Apricot Jam Recipe

Dried apricot jam recipe ingredients:

  • 500 grams dried apricots
  • 5 1/3 cups water
  • 1 kilogram sugar
  • 1 lemon

Jam preserves recipe instruction:

Chop apricots in medium saucepan, pour water over them and let it stand over night.

Next day add sugar and lemon juice in the saucepan with apricots and cook it to boil (stir it often, so sugar can melt).

Cook it for about 25 minutes or till you get desired density of your homemade jam preserves.

Pour hot fruit jam in clean warm jam jars and seal them.

Jelly Jam Recipe – Walnut Fig Jelly Recipe

Walnut fig jelly recipe ingredients:

  • 1 kilogram fresh figs
  • 1 lemon
  • 15 grams ground walnuts
  • 50 grams chopped walnuts
  • 500 grams sugar
  • 1/4 cup sweet white wine
  • 10 grams gelatin

Fig jelly jam recipe instruction:

Wash figs, cut them in small pieces and place them in a saucepan. Squeeze the juice from a lemon and add it into saucepan together with walnuts.

Mix gelatin with 2 tablespoons of sugar in wine, and pour it in the saucepan with figs.

Cook it in low temperature to boil, stirring it all the time.

Pour rest of the sugar in boiling jelly and keep stirring it. When jelly begin to boil again, cook it for 3 minutes more (keep stirring it).

Pour hot fig jelly in sterilized warm jelly jars and seal them. Cover the jars with a blanket over night, so they cool gradually.

Store your homemade jelly in a cold place.

Gourmet Jam – Sugar Free Peach Jam Recipe with White Chocolate

Peach jam recipe ingredients:

  • 5 kilograms peaches
  • 200 grams white chocolate (you can use dark chocolate if you want)

Chocolate jam recipe instruction:

Clean the peaches, divide them into halves, remove the peach pits and place them in appropriate sized dish for baking.

Bake the peaches in 180°C for about 3 hours or till peaches fall apart and thicken (take them out from oven periodically to stir them).

Peach jam is finished when wooden spoon left clean tracks in the bottom of dish while you mix it.

Remove your sugar free jam from oven. Stir chopped chocolate in hot jam and mix it till chocolate melts in it.

Pour hot chocolate jam in sterilized and warm jam jars, seal them and cover jars with a blanket to cool gradually over night.

Store your gourmet jam in cold place.

Strawberry Freezer Jam Recipe

Strawberry freezer jam recipe ingredients:

  • 4 cups crushed fresh strawberries
  • 8 cups sugar
  • 2 packages dry pectin
  • 1 1/2 cup water

Making freezer jam instruction:

Mix crushed strawberries with sugar, and let them stand for 30 minutes.

Stir the pectin into the water to boil in low heat for 1 minute. Pour the boiling water with pectin into the strawberries and stir it good. Set aside your homemade jam for 5 minutes to thicken, stirring it occasionally.

Pour your fruit jam into storage containers, cover them with tight lids and let them stand at room temperature for 24 hours (you’ll get about 10 cups of jam).

Store the jam in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or in freezer for up to 1 year.

Remove jam from freezer 1 hour before you want to use it.

Mixed Fruit Sugar Free Jam Recipe – Carrot and Plum Jam Recipe

Carrot and plum jam recipe ingredients:

  • 5 kilograms plums
  • 1 kilogram carrots
  • 2 lemons

Mixed fruit sugar free jam recipe instruction:

Wash and clean plums, carrots and lemons. Mix the fruits with food processor and pour the mixture in large saucepan.

Cook the fruit jam in low heat to become thick as you desire and stir it often. It will become thicker in the jars later, so you don’t need to cook it to much (cool few drops of jam in the plate to test density).

Pour hot mixed jam in warm sterilized jam jars and seal them.

If you want to store the jam for a longer period of time, it will be better to preserve jam the following way:

Pour your plum carrot jam in warm sterilized jam jars and put them (without lids) in the oven to warm up on 100°C for about 10 minutes. This will preserve jam better.

Cover the jars over night to cool gradually.

Homemade Rosehip Jam Recipe

Homemade rosehip jam recipe ingredients:

  • 1 liter strained rose hips
  • 500 grams sugar
  • Water

Healthy gourmet jam recipe:

Cut the ends on ripe rose hips and wash it. Place the rose hips into saucepan, pour water over them just enough to be covered by, and cook it to soften. Remove them from heat and cool them.

When it is cold, mash soften rose hips and strain them through the fine sieve (it will be thick like honey when you strain it).

Measure the strained mass, so you can pour proportionate quantity of sugars in it (in 1 liter of strained rose hip juice, add 500 grams of sugar).

Cook strained juice with a sugar and stir it often. Pour few drops of jam on the plate to cool and if it is thick drop with a thin skin on it, rose hip jam is finished.

Pour hot jam in jam jars previously warmed up and sterilized in the oven (in 120°C for about 30 minutes). Seal the jars and store them in the cool place.

Homemade Gourmet Jam – Sour Cherry Jam Recipe

Homemade sour cherry jam recipe ingredients:

  • 1 kilogram sour cherries
  • 500 grams sugar

Homemade gourmet jam recipe instruction:

Wash the sour cherries, remove the pits from them and pour sugar on the cherries, in medium saucepan. Cover the saucepan and let it in refrigerator over night.

Next day, put the saucepan on the heat in moderate temperature, stiring it frequently, till it becomes thick (when thick drops falling off the spoon).

Pour the hot sour cherry jam in the warm and sterilized glass canning jars and cover them with a blanket, till the next day.

Paste a canning jar labels on the jars and store them in the cool place.
