Homemade rosehip liqueur recipe ingredients:
- 1 kilogram rose hips
- 300 grams brown sugar
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- 3 cloves
- Shredded lemon peel (from 1/2 lemon)
- 1,5 liter brandy
Gourmet fruit liqueur recipe instruction:
Wash and clean rose hips, mix them with sugar and let them stand in cold place over night.
Next day, pour brandy over rose hips and sugar, and add cinnamon, cloves and shredded lemon peel in it. Cover the dish with rose hip liqueur in it and let it stand 2 weeks in light place.
Strain the liqueur, pour it in the liqueur bottles and let it stand 4 weeks more before you serve it.
Homemade Fruit Liqueur – Orange Liqueur Recipe

Orange liqueur recipe ingredients:
- 250 grams orange peel, dried
- 4-5 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 liter grape brandy
Sugar syrup ingredients:
- 750 grams sugar
- 1 1/2 cup water
Homemade fruit liqueur recipe instruction:
Pour grape brandy over dried orange peel. Add cloves and cinnamon in it and let it stand in a warm place for 10-15 days.
Pour sugar in the water and melt it in low temperature. Cool it.
Strain orange liquid and add sugar syrup in it.
Let it stand for 10 days more before you serve it.
Homemade Blueberry Liqueur Recipe – Fruit Liqueur With Wine

Homemade blueberry liqueur recipe ingredients:
- 1 liter good red wine
- 300-400 grams sugar
- 400 grams blueberries
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3-4 cloves
- 1,5 deciliter rum
Fruit liqueur with wine instruction:
Wash orange and lemon and slice them up in round shape (together with a skin).
Place all ingredients except rum in the saucepan and let them boil (in medium heat) for 15 minutes.
Cover the saucepan and let it cool over night.
Strain fruit wine mixture through a fine strainer, mix rum in it and your fruit liqueur recipe is finished.
Gourmet Fruit Liqueur – Homemade Lemon Liqueur Recipe

Homemade lemon liqueur recipe ingredients:
- 7 organic lemons
- 0,75 l vodka
- 200 grams sugar
- 400 ml water
Gourmet fruit liqueur recipe instruction:
Wash the lemons under hot water, place them in some dish, cover them with hot water and let them stay like this for an hour.
Peel lemons skin, but just yellow part, cause white part could make your fruit liqueur to have bitter taste.
Place peeled lemon skin in warm big glass jar and pour vodka over them.
Melt sugar in 400 ml of hot water and pour sugar syrup over the lemon skin and vodka mixture.
Cool it. Seal the jar and store it in the cool place for 5 weeks. Shake up the jar every week, so liqueur could mix well.
Strain lemon liqueur through a fine strainer, pour it in 2 clean liqueur bottles and your gourmet liqueur is ready to be served.
