Homemade Sugar Free Jelly Recipe

Diabetic raspberry jam recipe ingredients:

  • 1.1 lb (500 g) black raspberries
  • Sweetener for diabetics (substitute for 1.1 lb (500 grams) of sugar)
  • Juice from 1/2 squeezed lemon
  • 1 pouch liquid fruit pectin

Homemade sugar free jelly recipe instruction:

Clean and wash black raspberries and squeeze them gently with a hands or with food processor (not strain). Pour fruits in the saucepan, add sweetener and lemon juice in it, and cook it for about 10 minutes to boil (stir it frequently). Remove it from heat and stir pectin in it.

Pour hot black raspberry jelly in the warm, sterilized jars and seal them.

You can replace pectin with 5 grams of agar-agar (stir agar-agar in some water and stir that in finished jelly).
