Green Tomato Jam Recipe

Homemade jam recipe instruction:

Wash and peel tomatoes, and slice them in fine slices.

Peel the lemon and cut the lemon skin in fine pieces (just thin yellow layer) and arrange it in this order:

Tomatoes layer, then lemon peels layer, then some sugar over it. Continue to arrange it till you use all ingredients.

Let it stand like that for 4 hours and then cook it in low temperature to boil for 1 hour.

Remove the foam, which gathered on the surface of the jam, with the spoon.

Pour your homemade jam into hot and sterilized jars, cover them with lids and store them in cool and dark place.
