Quick and Easy Homemade Strawberry Jam Recipe

Homemade strawberry jam recipe ingredients:

  • 1 kilogram (2.2 pounds) strawberries
  • 600 grams (1.32 pounds) sugar

Wash strawberries and arrange alternately, in your cooking dish, layer of strawberries and layer of sugar few times, till you put all jam ingredients in.

When strawberries let off their juice and soak the sugar (about 1 hour), put your dish on moderate heat for about 20 minutes. Stir it periodically and be careful, because strawberries must not fall apart.

Pour finished strawberry jam into jam jars (warm up jars first, so they don’t break up) and close them hermetically.
