Simple Syrup Recipe – No Cooked Raspberry Syrup Recipe

Raspberry syrup recipe ingredients:

  • 1 kilogram raspberries
  • 1 1/2 kilograms sugar
  • 1 squeezed lemon
  • 1 1/2 liters water

Simple syrup recipe instruction:

Pour washed raspberries in the large saucepan and cover them with lemon juice and sugar.

Let it stand for few hours to let off their juice (stir them few times in a mean while).

Boil water and cool it. Pour cooled water over raspberries and let it stand like that for the next 24 hours.

Strain fruits through a fine sieve and pour your fruit syrup in a syrup bottles previously warmed up and sterilized in the oven (in 120°C for about 30 minutes). Seal the bottles and store them in the cool place.
