Mixed Fruit Jelly Recipe - Pear Jelly Recipe

Pear jelly recipe ingredients:
- 2, 2 kilogram cleaned pears
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Juice from 1 orange
- 2 pouch liquid fruit pectin
- 12 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered cloves
Mixed fruit jelly recipe instruction:
Blend the washed and cleaned pears. Pour blended pears, lemon juice and orange juice in the saucepan.
Pour the sugar, cinnamon and cloves over fruits in the saucepan and cook the jelly in low heat to boil for about 30 minutes (stirring it all the time).
Stir the pectin in the fruits, cook it 5 minutes more and remove it from heat.
Pour hot fruit jelly in the sterilized and warm jelly jars, cool them and seal them at the end.
Store the pear jelly in cool and dark place.
