Mixed Fruit Jelly Recipe – Strawberry, Sweet Cherry, Sour Cherry and Blackberry Jelly Recipe

Strawberry, sweet cherry, sour cherry and blackberry jelly recipe ingredients:

  • 500 grams sugar
  • 250 grams strawberries
  • 250 grams blackberries
  • 250 grams sweet cherries
  • 250 grams sour cherries
  • 1 pouch (3 ounces) liquid fruit pectin

Mixed fruit jelly recipe instruction:

Strain the fruits through a fine sieve, pour sugar on it and cook it in the medium size saucepan to become thick (at least 30 minutes to boil). Stir it frequently. On the end, add liquid fruit pectin in the saucepan, stir the jelly and remove it from the heat.

Sterilize jelly jars in the oven on 120°C for about 30 minutes.

Pour your mixed fruit jelly in the sterilized jars, seal them and return jars in the warm oven on 80°C for 10 minutes more. Turn off the oven and leave jars in it to cool together with the oven over night.

Store your mixed fruit jelly in the cool and dark place. You can experiment with a different kind of fruits to make a different kind of mixed fruit jellies.
