Pumpkin physalis jam recipe ingredients:
- 1.1 lb (500 g) pumpkin
- 7 oz. (200 g) physalis
- 3 vanilla sticks
- 1.1 lb (500 g) sugar
Clean and wash fruits and cut pumpkin in small cube pieces. Cut vanilla sticks in half (length side).
Place physalis, diced pumpkin and vanilla in the pot, pour sugar over them and let it stay like this one hours before cooking.
Cook this delicious jam for 40 minutes (stir it all the way). Remove vanilla sticks and foam from the surface with spoon.
Pour hot jam in clean and warm jars and seal them.
Store it in cool and dark place.
