Mixed plum quince apricot jam recipe ingredients:
- 1 kilogram quinces
- 2 kilograms plums
- 2 kilograms apricots
- 500 grams fructose
Sugar free diabetic jam recipe instruction:
Peel off the quinces, chop them up in jam pot and cook them in low temperature.
Wash the plums, remove plum pits from them, mash them and add them to quinces to cook together.
In the end, wash and chop up apricots and add them into quince plum mixture to cook.
Sweeten the mixed fruit jam with fructose stirring it all the way till mixture become compact and thick (it should lose about 30% of earlier weight).
Pour hot jam in sterilized and warm jam jars and seal them. You’ll get about 4 kilograms plum apricot quince jam.

Is there something I can use besides quinces. I am not sure I’ve ever seen a quince in a store more than once.
I’ve heard apple might work…
