Homemade Grape Preserves Recipe – White Grape Jam Recipe

White grape jam recipe ingredients:

  • 2 kilogram white grape berries
  • 1 teaspoons clove, grind
  • 200 ml vermouth
  • 1 1/4 kilogram sugar
  • 2 box pectin powder

Wash grapes, cut grape berries in halves and remove their seeds. Cook it in low temperature with cloves and vermouth to boil for about 15 minutes.

Pour sugar and powdered pectin in grapes and cook them to boil again (so sugar melts in it) for 5 minutes more. Stir it all the time.

Lemon jam recipe ingredients:

  • 600 grams lemon
  • 1,5 liters water
  • 1,5 kilograms sugar
  • 2 teaspoons shredded ginger

Wash the lemons and cut them together with the skin into small pieces (remove the lemon pits).

Pour water over lemon pieces and leave them like this over night.

Next day, cook them to boil in low heat for about 1 hour.

Apple carrot jam recipe ingredients:

  • 2 kilograms carrots
  • 1 kilogram apples
  • 1, 8 kilograms sugar
  • 2 deciliters water
  • 4 lemons
  • 1 teaspoon rum

Homemade jam recipe instruction:

Wash and clean the carrots and apples. Chop them in the chopper.

Pour sugar, water and lemon juice in the saucepan and cook it to become thick syrup.

Stir chopped carrots and apples in the sugar syrup and continue to cook it all together for 1 hour. If you like it, mix rum in the end in hot fruit jam.
